Settle into a clean, comfortable and fully self-contained one-bedroom suite in a quiet East Regina neighbourhood. With your own separate entrance, full kitchen, dedicated workspace and in-suite laundry, the space is well suited for couples, solo travellers, business trips and longer stays.
THE SPACE
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire basement suite with no shared indoor spaces.
• Bedroom: Comfortable double bed and wardrobe space for a restful stay
• Living Room: Comfortable seating, sofa bed and a 45" Smart TV with Netflix
• Workspace: Dedicated desk with fast Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or study
• Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils
• Dining Area: Dedicated dining table for meals or additional workspace
• Bathroom: Clean, full private bathroom with essential amenities
• Laundry: Convenient in-suite washer and dryer. One complimentary laundry load is included; additional loads are available for $3 each
• Parking: Free street parking is readily available near the property

Stay in a peaceful residential area while remaining close to everyday conveniences.
Horizon Park is approximately a 2-minute walk away, while Costco, Walmart, Superstore, restaurants, shopping and major road connections including Ring Road are approximately 5–10 minutes away by car.
The location makes it easy to get around Regina while giving you a quieter place to return to at the end of the day.

Arrive on your own schedule with self check-in through the separate entrance and smart lock. Guests have exclusive use of the suite throughout their reservation.

The suite is located on the basement level of our family home but is completely self-contained with its own entrance and no shared indoor guest spaces. As with any attached residential home, occasional normal household sounds may be heard.
The reservation is limited to the registered guests on the booking. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the suite or near the suite entrance.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
