This 2-bedroom suite offers two separate bedrooms with one king size bed and one queen size bed and an air mattress to sleep up to 6 people if needed, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or travelers who desire additional space and privacy. This suite is typically designed to provide a home-away-from-home experience, offering a private living area, a fully equipped kitchen, private washroom and laundry, dinning area, a 65 inch 4K smart TV with streaming services and private entrance with keypad for easy access.

Guest access
Access to the suite is on the left side of the building through a private entrance door with keypad. Door code will be provide 24 hours before check in.

Parking is on the left side of the garage or on the street ( guest preference)

Our inviting property is just a 10-minute drive from the University of Regina and only 12 minutes away from Saskatchewan Polytechnic, making it an excellent choice for visiting academics or families and ideal for prospective students or guests attending campus events.

Emergency Evacuation Plan:

• Call 911 immediately in any life-threatening emergency (if necessary, evacuate first)

• After exiting the suite, move to a safe distance away from the house.
