Had issues from the start with the key fitting into the lock; took about 15 minutes to get it to work. This was to sleep 4 people; there was 1 pillow, 1 towel and no fitted sheet on the one bed so just a sheet over the bare mattress and the other bed only had a fitted sheet. When asked about this they said only a starter towel was provided and nothing about a sheet or more bedding. The coffee pot had either rust or mold in the bottom and could not be used. The bathroom, you could not stand straight up to use the sink, the drawers were broken and there was no temperature control unless the person in the downstairs would adjust it. We were told not to use the space heater if using the microwave. We called with issues regarding Wi-Fi and the TV and the other issues above and informed the host we would not be staying the second night due to all of this and we left early the next morning and no refund was provided as we had asked. Hated to lose the money for the second night but would not stay another night at this property. Was very disappointed in the host and the VRBO process.
