The pool features a concrete, above-ground design with a painted interior and surrounding decking. It is salt-chlorinated with timers, includes a multi-coloured LED light, and comes with a manual roller cover for convenience.
*Please note that basketballs are not provided. You are welcome to bring your own basketball to use on the court. Thank you!*
Parking: Guests will enjoy the convenience of two separate gates, each providing easy car access and ample secure, private parking.

*Please note that this home features a sunken living area, creating a change in floor level between the living room and kitchen/dining areas. To help ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we recommend this property for families with children aged 8 years and over and do not consider it suitable for infants, toddlers or younger children. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly when in and around the sunken living area and balustrade.*

Getting Around:
Vehicle recommended. Ample onsite parking for cars, trailer, or caravan.
Other Things to Note:
All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions apply and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete guest verification within 24 hours of booking will result in automatic cancellation.
For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 7 days post. The bond is $1000.
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. All guests are required to sign the Peachy Properties booking agreement prior to arrival.
2. For non-Airbnb bookings, a security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required. This will be released 7 days after checkout, pending property inspection.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking may be on the property at any time, with a strict maximum of 9 guests unless prior approval has been granted.
4. No parties, events, or unapproved gatherings are permitted at any time.
5. Loud music or any behaviour that may disturb neighbours is strictly prohibited at all times. Please note the property is fitted with noise monitoring alarms.
6. In accordance with local regulations, all outdoor areas must not be used after 10:00 PM.
7. Strictly no “schoolies”, bucks, or hens bookings are permitted under any circumstances.
8. Bookings are only accepted from groups aged 28 years and over.
9. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
10. Parking is permitted only in designated areas on the property. Street and nature strip parking are not permitted. The property provides parking for up to four vehicles.
