--Sleeping Arrangements--

✧ Bedroom #1: One Queen bed with blackout curtains and Smart TV allowing access to personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc.)
✧ Bedroom #2: Two Queen beds (bunk) with blackout curtains
✧ Living room: One Sofa bed

Please note: Bedroom #2 does not have a window and is partially open to the living room workspace area. Curtains are installed on both sides to create privacy.

*PETS*
Cats, dogs and other pets are not accepted.

*NOISES*
To respect our neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited.
Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

*SKI*
This is not a ski-in / ski-out property.
You must drive to Mont-Sainte-Anne, which is about 4 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

*IMPORTANT*
Please note:
• The bathroom and the bedroom with the queen bed do not have direct heating. In winter, simply keep the doors open to allow warm air to circulate.
• The queen bedroom does not have a window and may therefore be darker.

*COMMON AREAS*
The gym, heated outdoor pool, sauna, games room, and laundry facilities are located in the common areas, shared with the building's residents.

The heated outdoor pool is usually open from mid/late June to early/mid September. These dates are approximate and may vary depending on the season and conditions.

These areas are all accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
