Surfside is a private, self-contained two-bedroom guest suite located on the lower level of a two-storey home. It has its own entrance and dedicated outdoor area, offering privacy and independence while being part of a well-maintained coastal property.

The layout is simple and functional, well suited to beach days or guests working locally. Both bedrooms open directly onto the outdoor deck and garden via sliding doors.

Please note: this is a guest suite rather than a full standalone house. There is no separate lounge or large indoor living area. The space is designed around the bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, and outdoor areas.

Kitchenette & Dining:
The suite includes a well-equipped kitchenette, ideal for light cooking and everyday meals.

- Washing machine neatly located under the benchtop
- Basic cookware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, and mugs

There is a small indoor dining table for casual meals, with outdoor dining also available.
Please note: this is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. There is no full-size oven or cooktop.

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV (Netflix only), Wi-Fi, bedside lighting, and sliding doors to the outdoor area.

Ruakaka Beach is also well known for surf casting, making Surfside a handy base for guests keen to walk straight down to the beach with their gear.

We manage the apartment for the owners. It is set up for self check-in, and we will always be available if you need us. We live close by and find it is usually best communicating through the booking app or via text messages.
