Modern house with unobstructed waterfront views to capture the ever changing Ruakaka estuary and beautiful views out to Bream Bay, the Hen and Chicks and Whangarei Heads.

Tranquil location in a quiet cul-de-sac with the estuary offering safe swimming, kayaking and paddle-boarding. The surf is 500m away across the estuary or three minutes in the car to the patrolled area.

Modern spacious house with a funky vibe, huge decks and a large flat lawn to play on. Fabulous views from the open plan living area and all the bedrooms have a smaller sea view and open onto the decks. Enjoy the ukuleles for a sing along!

Off street parking for up to 4 cars and a boat. Boat ramp 300m away for easy access to renowned Bream Bay.

Ruakaka Estuary is a wildlife refuge home to many species of seabirds and a breeding colony for rare dotterels and fairy terns as well as oystercatchers. So sorry no pets .

You can walk to the dairy, cafe at the surf beach and the local takeaway and it's a short drive to the supermarket and a couple of other cafes.

90 minutes from Auckland. If you ever want to leave, it's about 10mins to Waipu and Marsden Cove and 25 mins to Whangarei and Mangawhai. 5 min to Waipu Golf Club's links course with magnificent ocean views.

IMPORTANT - In Kiwi bach tradition you need to bring your own personal linen (towels/sheets/pillow slips)

Minimum 2 night stay. 4 nights during the high season and 3 nights over Easter weekend.

Cancellation within 7 days of booking will result in no refund unless we can re-let the property for the dates booked. No refunds for bookings held during peak times.

Please check-in after 4pm and check-out by 11am.

We may ask you for a bond to be paid at the time of the final payment. After inspection at conclusion of your stay to be returned to you less the cost of any damages.
