The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level, offering privacy and with private access to the upper-level covered deck.
Outdoor Living — Upper Level
The upper-level covered deck is an outdoor living room in every sense. A soaring stone wood-burning fireplace anchors one end, with a mounted TV, premium outdoor sectional seating, a dining table, ceiling fans, and a gas grill rounding out the space. Just minutes from Lake Blue Ridge, world-class trout fishing on the Toccoa River, hiking trails, and the charming shops and restaurants of downtown Blue Ridge. The road to the property is accessible without 4WD, though low-clearance vehicles are not recommended.
