The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private lanai access, and partial view of a lake. The luxurious en suite bathroom features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, dual sinks, and dual mirrors, creating a spa-like experience. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a side window with a lush subtropical view, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and convenient access to the second full bathroom, which includes a glass-enclosed shower and is shared with the second bedroom.



The open living and dining spaces are designed for gathering and relaxation, with indoor dining for six and a comfortable seating area as you step into the unit. Step outside to the private lanai with seating for four while dining or unwinding in the warm Southwest Florida breeze.
