The open-concept main floor is the heart of the home, where a spacious living area flows seamlessly into a gourmet kitchen, creating the perfect setting for gathering, entertaining, or simply unwinding after a day along the coast. One of the home's most inviting features is the expansive screened-in porch—your private sanctuary to enjoy the coastal breeze, morning coffee, or evening cocktails while taking in the peaceful surroundings and glimpses of local wildlife. Designed with both privacy and accessibility in mind, the home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating your entire group. The main level features two luxurious primary suites, each with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bath—ideal for couples or multi-generational stays.
Upstairs, two additional guest retreats provide flexible sleeping arrangements. The third and fourth bedrooms feature a plush king bed. Each bedroom is paired with its own dedicated bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. Whether you're enjoying the community's scenic trails, waterfront views, and resort-style amenities, or simply relaxing in your own private retreat, 8311 Jack Island Drive offers an unforgettable Kiawah River experience.
Construction: The construction next door seen in photos is totally complete. New photos coming soon reflecting that. There are nearby homes under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.
Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and breathtaking amenity center. The Kiawah River community looks across the Kiawah River to the Island of Kiawah and is just a five minute drive to the Kiawah shopping and restaurant area, and 15 minutes to the beautiful sands of Kiawah Island beaches. Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.
THINGS TO KNOW: • No pets allowed • Garage has a Tesla charger • This home has a 7-night booking minimum • This home does not include a golf cart or bikes. Rental for both is an option • Guests have access to the garage and driveway. There is also parking at the street.
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access: Guests may purchase access to The Spring House amenities for $50 per adult per day, which includes use of the fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub, and sauna. Admission for children ages 4–11 is $25 per day, and children under 4 are admitted free. Fees are paid directly to The Spring House.Please note that amenity hours, pricing, availability, and policies are determined solely by The Spring House and are subject to change without notice. Sewee Properties does not own, operate, or manage these facilities and is not responsible for their rules, hours, or availability.
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: -50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking. -You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically. -Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.
