Luggage storage is not offered in this apartment building, we are unable to look after guests` belongings before check-in or after check-out. We are unable to accept responsibility for luggage left on-site.
Keys
You will be provided with one set of keys. As per strict building management rules, we cannot issue more. Please keep them secure, as a replacement fee will be charged for lost keys.
Linens
We provide one set of hotel-quality bed linen and towels per guest for the duration of your stay. Daily cleaning is not included.

No parties or events are allowed. Unauthorised parties or gatherings will result in a minimum $500 fine, immediate termination of the booking, and potential removal by building security. Any damages or additional cleaning costs may be charged to the guest.

Smoking inside the property or building will result in a $500 fine. There are fire alarms and smoke alarms throughout the building.
- No pets allowed
- Only registered guests are allowed at the property. The maximum occupancy is 5 people. Any unauthorised visitors will be asked to leave.
- Clean up upon checkout
Please leave the property tidy. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or untidy.
- Checkout time is at 10:00 am unless specified otherwise.
- Lost key will result in a $300 replacement fee (to cover locksmith cost and key fob replacement.)
- Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
