Beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in the popular Gateway Grand. This is a side unit in an oceanfront building. You will know you are on vacation as soon as you step into this condo. Decorated with an elegant coastal feel for seaside relaxation. You will love the gourmet kitchen with a large island and dining area for meals in. This condo can comfortably sleep your family of 8. There are 3 televisions, one with cable and the other with streaming. Bed sizes include 2 queens in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and queen bunkbeds in the third bedroom. Linens are provided.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season.
Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas. Pets are not allowed.
$151 non-refundable registration/parking fee is due with the reservation. Must supply tag number for each vehicle. Garage clearance is 7 feet.
