This was a very nice place to stay for the OC car show. You can watch all the cars from your balcony. Actually (2) balconies! This place is very roomy for a large group! We all loved it!

We loved the amount of space and location. I do wish there had been curtains or blinds in the living room. The one shower didn't drain well, some of the faucets ran really hot, and we did have to buy a few necessities (washcloths, cleaning spray, trash bags, laundry detergent, hand soap), but overall, the concerns were manageable and the stay was pleasant.

Weather can wreck your stay at the beach, but so can less than desirable accommodations. Ocean Bliss 404 is light years ahead of other places I’ve stayed. Perfectly clean. Well maintained. Nice little welcoming items. And a friendly and responsive host. Of special note, there are room darkening curtains in the bedrooms, which made sleeping easier especially with little kids. Love the keyless entry! Made it SO much easier to get in; no waiting for keys to check in, and no rush to return keys on Saturday when checking out.Loved having 4 parking spaces! No need to watch the street like a vulture for a free space.

Clean property, but could use a bathroom mats, more towels that match would give more lux touch. Also smaller bathroom towel rack not secured to wall. Also ice maker doesn’t work. Locks on sliding doors don’t work well could be issue with little ones. Otherwise a spacious unit 1 block from the beach.

The views were amazing, some street noise but very tolerable, rooms were huge and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and temperature was comfortable. Any suggestions would be more lighting in the kitchen/den area. Communication with the host was excellent, response time was immediate. Property was in a great location. I would recommend and would certainly stay here again

The property is perfect for a large group! We really liked the balcony wrapping around 2 sides of the building & spacious kitchen/living room space. Highly recommend.

Property is very nice and spacious, with excellent view of the bay and sunsets. It's centrally located for beach and nightlife but a bit loud as it is right on the main avenue. Otherwise, great for a large group.

We traveled with our teenage boys and a couple of their friends. Close to everything and amazing views. The place is very spacious.We would definitely stay again.

Great location, great house for a larger family

Unit was in a great location across from Sandals. Walked to many restaurants and bars. Walk to beach was short. Great place for a larger group with enough bathrooms for everyone. Property manger was very responsive when questions were asked.

We had a group of 10 stay at the property for a bachelorette trip weekend in Ocean City! The location of the property was perfect for everywhere we planned on going. We could walk to several nearby destinations and take a quick drive to restaurants at night. The balconies throughout the property were great to enjoy a morning coffee! Overall, the property was clean and spacious. The parking underneath the building with the four passes was a perfect set up, along with the elevator in the building. Our only notes/concerns were that we did notice several ants in different locations throughout the property, and one guest found a dead cricket in their shoe. The property could overall use some TLC to upgrade the guest experience. In addition to the bug problem, the kitchen had minimal supplies, they were low on hand towels, the mattresses were a bit creaky, and the rooms lacked any curtains aside from sheers which did not help with the morning sun at all. I would recommend this property, but would suggest guests come more prepared with their own supplies to have a better experience!

Perfect beach getaway!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in the Sky Ocean Bliss Penthouse 404. We went 4th of July weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday and to be able to spend some time with family we haven’t seen in a while. The place was well stocked and had everything we needed. Place was very clean, and there was lots of space for our big group of 16 people. Location was perfect and very close to the beach. It was close to lots of restaurants and the views from the wrap-around deck were just stunning and breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and 2 of the bathrooms were huge. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect and relaxing vacation. I highly recommend staying here and we would definitely rent this place again in the future. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we had no issues whatsoever before, during, or after our stay.

The house is in a great area, convenient to so many places. Plenty of room with entrances on both the 3rd and 4th floors. It is in need of a little up keep. The door on our bedroom was coming off the hinges and the scrape on the floor told me it had been that way for some time. It’s a little thin on supplies, like we couldn’t find trash bags. I would say my biggest concern was that there are no blinds on any of the windows or doors. This means it’s bright at night from all the city lights and very, very bright in the morning. It’s also hotter than it needs to be since you can’t block out the sun during the day.

The shower glass in the masters were filthy with soap scum and mold like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. It was funny when I tried to call 15 min prior to check in time, my calls were ignored until exactly 4 oclock. That was not only rude but frustrating. I was not asking about early check in but some sort of acknowledgement would have been nice. I have used Vrbo for years and never have waited until exactly check in to get front door key pad codes. They say you can't check in until the unit had been properly cleaned and linens provided. Well like I said the showers were nasty and the towels smelled and felt old like they were purchased at a second hand store, and they reeked of smoke. Obviously I told Vrbo about these issues but its really frustrating to rent a *luxury condo in sky* - only to be using some cheap nasty old towels that stink like an ash tray and grime so thick and black mold in the bathroom is unacceptable. I would be mortified if this was my property - it was so poorly presented to paying customers. The chairs on the balconies are literally falling apart/broken. The main sliding door handle fell off. The door to the AC unit was so caked with dust. The sheets provided were hot and scratchy. We used to love this unit but it has unfortunately really gone down hill. 4 parking spots are great and the sunset views are spectacular but that's about all.

Lovely large space but lacking hot water!

We enjoyed staying there - we're a group of women age 30-something to 70-something in town for the handbell festival. The views were incredible, kitchen was clean, large and useful, the living room and large dining table were great for us, as was having so many bedrooms, and plenty of comfortable beds. And it was a joy to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Parking was convenient. But...two big issues:1. need "black out" curtains that can be closed as needed in the bedrooms with windows facing the bright lights along Coastal Highway. (Or shades/blinds - but I realize those are expensive and easily damaged in a rental.) The sheer curtains were useless. It was very difficult to sleep with the rooms lit up like daytime. 2. the water in the shower in the morning in some bathrooms never became hot. In some, there was at some warmth after it ran for a long time, though not warm enough. But others remained ice cold. Maybe they would've warmed up eventually but the second day I let mine run for over 10 minutes and if anything, it just got colder - this was the bathroom on the lower floor off the large bedroom with the queen and the king beds.It's a shame because it was otherwise a great place. But being able to sleep and to take a shower are really important things! I would stay there again but only for another short stay and only if if I could find a comfortable eye mask to bring, along with a container to fetch hot water from the kitchen for a sponge bath...
