This beautiful single-fronted weatherboard Victorian home is the definition of luxury. Dark oak floorboards, an arched hallway and decorative fireplaces belie the modern extension to the rear. An inviting entry introduces two generous bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds and BIRs. A striking central bathroom features a spa bath, shower and toilet.

Property Features:
Double-storey 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse, sleeps 6 (Additional external study which can sleep 1 - noting bathroom facilities are situated within the house. Please advise us if you wish to use the study to sleep an additional guest)
Open-plan kitchen and living/dining space with a gas fireplace.
Well-equipped kitchen with European appliances.
Nespresso machine (BYO pods).
Rear courtyard with built-in gas BBQ.
Split system in main bedroom upstairs.
Two downstairs bedrooms have heating (although neither have cooling).
Pet-friendly property on request (please note that charges apply. Contact our reservations team for details).

Living, Dining & Cooking:
Rear lounge/dining domain with Smart TV and dining for six guests.
The modern rear extension houses a contemporary kitchen with stone benchtops and quality appliances, including a gas stove, electric oven and Asko integrated dishwasher. The adjacent butler’s pantry features a Nespresso coffee machine and a European-style laundry.

Sleeping:
The upstairs main bedroom is accessed via an open timber staircase and features a king bed, complete with a retreat/second living space, built-in robes, dressing table, study nook and a sunny private balcony with cityscape views.

A separate external first-floor home office/study with access from the main bedroom upstairs or via a spiral staircase in the rear courtyard. The study includes a single bed, split system and desk, noting that the bathroom facilities are located within the house.

Bedding Configuration (sleeps up to 6 – with the possibility of 7*):
Please advise reservations at the time of booking if you wish to use the single bed in the external study.
Bedroom 1 (front bedroom, downstairs): Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, ducted heating, ceiling fan, decorative fireplace (non-operational).
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, ducted heating, decorative fireplace (non-operational).
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): King bed, built-in wardrobe, split system, balcony access.
Bedroom 4 (Separate external study – upstairs with access from spiral courtyard staircase or from main bedroom): Single bed, desk, split system. Note there is no TV or bathroom facilities.

Bathrooms & Laundry:
There are two central bathrooms, one on each floor, noting that the bathroom on the first floor is a semi-ensuite.
Bathroom 1 (downstairs): Separate shower, single vanity, toilet and spa bath.
Bathroom 2 (upstairs): Semi-ensuite for Bedroom 3, shower, single vanity and toilet.

Laundry:
A European-style laundry is located in the butler’s pantry and includes a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor:
Outdoor entertaining and dining area with seating for 6 guests. Cook up a storm on the built-in gas BBQ. A hot and cold outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand from the nearby beach.

Pets:
Cats and dogs are welcome at this property but must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets – please advise us at the time of booking or prior to arrival if you are bringing a pet.

Parking:
Parking is via the rear laneway with remote roller door access, with space for one car. A further street parking permit is provided. (Please observe street signage at all times.)
