Located on a private cul de sac in the quiet Eagle harbour neighbourhood of West Vancouver, this home is 2 blocks from a beautiful beach, yacht clubs and close to hikes and forested walks.
The main floor is open plan from the family room, through the modern kitchen and dining area to the living room.
The kitchen is well equipped with induction cooktop, Bosch appliances, Rancilio espresso machine, vita-mix and quality cooking tools.
There is considerable outdoor living space with tables, seperate seating areas and a BBQ as well as a sauna and plunge pool on a separate private deck.
The home has 3 bedrooms as well as an office with a Murphy bed. All bed rooms have dark blinds.
The master ensuite has two sinks and a walk in shower. The second bathroom also has two sinks.
The dedicated laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink, drying racks, counter space and freezer.
