From this third-floor retreat, you're planted at the pulse of the city's most celebrated music corridor, where legendary jazz, funk, and brass band performances spill out onto the street below. It's a base that puts authentic New Orleans culture at your doorstep, with every restaurant, bar, and live venue you could want within easy reach.

The space
The apartment blends contemporary comfort with nods to the local character that makes this neighborhood iconic. A private entrance leads you into a clean, well-designed space finished with modern touches. Room-darkening shades and a ceiling fan make the unit easy to settle into after late nights out, and air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom sleeps 2 on a king bed dressed in quality linens, with room-darkening shades for a proper rest after evenings on the town. The living area features a sofa bed for a third guest. The unit is on the third floor and accessible by stairs only - there is no elevator.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in - refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker and complimentary coffee are ready for your mornings. Pull up a chair at the dining table, or take your cup out to the shared outdoor garden seating to ease into the day.

Living & entertainment
The living space is bright and easy to be in, with a smart TV for streaming and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi when you need to catch up. A sofa bed in the living area rounds out the sleeping options for groups of three.

The shared pool and outdoor furniture give you a place to decompress between adventures. A backyard area with outdoor seating is also available on the property.
