PHORDOY 2 - BARCUS - Gîte

In the heart of a gated 46-hectare property of woods and meadows, the Phordoy farm is perched on its natural promontory. The panoramic view will dazzle you in all seasons. Facing you is the Madeleine, the highest peak in the area. Three gîtes are located in the outbuildings adjoining the owners' house. Free access to the secure heated swimming pool (gate and alarm) measuring 10 m x 4 m - 1.35 m deep (chlorinated) + jacuzzi (seats 6) shared with the other gîtes. Private hammam: €15 per hour. Pool and jacuzzi accessible from April 20th (weather permitting) until November 3rd. Donkeys and horses on site. Gite Phordoy 2, a studio apartment on the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (washer-dryer, 9-place dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic hob, combination microwave, fridge-freezer), lounge area (large flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, double sofa bed). A cozy 9 m² sleeping alcove separated by a curtain: 1 double bed. Shower room with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Bed linens and towels provided, heating included, for a worry-free vacation! Ask the owners if you'd like to welcome your small pet. Private 21 m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Shared barbecue area. Shared parking. Herb garden available. A cleaning fee of €60 is available; ask the owners. Marked hiking trails start from the property.
