Located just steps from the family pool, fitness center, sport courts, and a short walk to the beach, it’s perfectly positioned for guests who want convenience without sacrificing comfort.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a casual seaside bistro, an all-day café, and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first floor living area is open, airy, and designed for gathering. Soaring high volume ceilings enhance the sense of space, while a large sectional and two chairs provide comfortable seating for relaxing or entertaining. Direct porch access allows natural light and coastal breezes to flow through the space.

The kitchen is a standout feature, equipped with Café appliances, a six burner gas stove, and a butler’s pantry that adds both function and charm. A beverage refrigerator offers added convenience for drinks and entertaining. The island seats four, while the dining table accommodates ten, creating plenty of space for shared meals and game nights.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Mahjong Mansion features four bedrooms, including three king bedrooms and two separate bunk areas with a total of seven twin beds, making it ideal for families and larger groups. Three bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for guests.

A king suite on the first floor offers added convenience for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Three bedrooms also feature direct porch or balcony access, creating quiet outdoor spaces to unwind.

GREAT FEATURES: The home includes two Mahjong game sets, adding a unique and fun touch for guests to enjoy during their stay. A Frame TV with sound bar and subwoofer enhances entertainment in the main living area.

While the home is not equipped with exterior cameras, it does feature a Ring doorbell for added security. Garage access is not provided. Mahjong Mansion is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering the home, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
