Guests enter A Wave From It All by taking the building's elevator to the 4th floor and walking across the exterior corridor to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer, which leads to the downstairs guest bedroom, a full bathroom and the kitchen, dining & living room areas. You'll enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining & living room areas. You'll enjoy ocean breezes from the private balcony located off the living room. There is a stairwell in the living room that leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the condo's upper level. The primary suite (which is located on the condo's upper level) features ocean views and sliding door access to a private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The second bedroom on the upper level has sliding door access to a private, sun downer roof deck. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in the hallway closet on the condo's upper level.



The pool doesn't close for the winter season! It will only close for occasional weather issues, periodic maintenance or state closure requirements.



COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES.



NO PETS; NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors. This penthouse condo is located within the Shipwatch residential community in the Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.
