The elevated deck is a key feature, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and a BBQ area. It's the ideal location for your morning coffee, evening drinks, or even seasonal whale watching as they migrate along the coast.
The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across 3x well-appointed bedrooms, each styled with soft linens and a relaxed feel. The bathroom features modern finishes and a fresh, clean design to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
External stair access only to the upper level - its worth the effort as the water views are simply stunning!

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire upper level of the home. Make use of the kitchen, and enjoy the garden, BBQ grill, and balcony. Off street parking is is available in the driveway. Check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM. Plantation Beach is aprox 350m away.
The Neighborhood:
A pleasant stroll down adjoining Island View Road, towards the ocean leads to Tuross Boulevard, with a paved pathway perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides, connecting you to Coila Beach and One Tree Beach, as well as a variety of local shops. The Country club is also within walking distance, providing dining, golfing, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
Park the car and enjoy a stroll or bike ride around the village.

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀;
• 51% of total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This, along with the completion of your guest registration confirms your booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.
• Where the date of arrival is within 30 days the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.
• Where payment is declined on 3 occasions the booking will be cancelled.
𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Whale Watcher at Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees.
𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; Guest numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Whale Watcher. The property is non smoking internally.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
