Welcome to our stunning two-story home, a perfect retreat for large families or groups. Located just a five-minute drive from the airport, this spacious getaway offers 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a private swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area - all designed for relaxation and convenience.

The space
Our home is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.
* Bottom Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep. Comfortable seating, a flat-screen 65" smart TV, and plenty of space for relaxation.

* Swimming Pool: Take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside.

* Outdoor Barbecue/Kitchen & Dining Area: Fire up the grill and enjoy dining in the fresh mountain air.

* Top Floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another fully equipped kitchen, perfect for larger groups needing extra cooking space. 65" flat-screen smart TV and plenty of space for relaxation.

Island Life Experience:
Since we live in the islands, you'll get to experience some of the local charm! You may hear roosters crowing in the early morning, dogs parking, and occasionally, cows might wander nearby. While we do our best to keep things in check, we recommend keeping an eye out!

Bakery Next Door: Just steps away, there's a bakery that makes delicious fresh donuts - perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat.
Small Dairy Down the Road: A short walk away, you'll find a small dairy where you can get fresh bread and other products.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including both kitchens to the house, the private pool, outdoor BBQ area, and dining space. Free parking is available on-site.

* An early check in is subject to availability from 6am to 2pm at the charge of $100
* A late check out is subject to availability till 6pm at the charge of $100
* Check out after 6pm is considered a full night rate

Located just five minutes from the airport, our home provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions and a short distance drive to town. Whether you’re here for a layover, a family vacation, or a group retreat, this mountain escape offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

Please note the Cook Islands is a day behind Australia and New Zealand. You may require an additional nights stay to suit your arriving flight times if crossing the date line.

• The swimming pool is NOT fenced. When traveling with toddlers and children, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are kept water safe :)
