This is a semi-detached house. The host and her family live on the main floor, which is a private area.

The basement level is divided into two separate units (Room A and Room B) and feature a convenient separate entrance for your privacy.
You are booking Room A, a private bachelor-style suite. The suite has a standard basement ceiling height of 2.1 meters (6'10"). While it is comfortable for most, it may feel a bit low for exceptionally tall guests.

The suite is thoughtfully furnished with a brand-new Queen-size bed and mattress, a cozy seating area with a leather ottoman, a soft bedside rug, a small dining table with two chairs, and an independent clothing rack to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

For your convenience, the room includes a microwave, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules, and a mini fridge.
The fridge is stocked with cream and sugar for coffee use.

The unit has its own private bathroom, for the exclusive use of Room A guests.

Garbage & cleanliness:
All garbage must be placed in garbage bags and disposed of in the outdoor garbage bins before check-out.
Failure to properly dispose of garbage will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Pets:
No pets are allowed. The host has allergies, and this rule is strictly enforced.

Quiet hours:
For everyone’s comfort, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

Laundry:
The washing machine must not be used after 10:00 PM.
