The farm is located in the old center of Eisenach and with its good transport links a balanced mix between nocturnal tranquility and proximity to attractions in Bitburg, Trier (each about 20 km) and Luxembourg (about 10 km away). In the immediate vicinity is Irrel with its waterfalls, the "Devil's Gorge" and a Western Wall Museum.

In the immediate vicinity there are the possibilities to go for a walk, to hike and simply to relax in the yard under the parasol - or just to read a book in the memory at the cozy Bullerjan wood stove with a glass of wine.

Most guests come to enjoy space, time and silence, which is why the house deliberately on television, dishwasher and telephone was waived - cell phone reception is given. In addition, there is now a Blu-Ray player (also for DVDs and CDs) with monitor, also a table tennis table and a darts game. Outside can be barbecued.

There are brochures on sights, hiking maps and a selection of nonfiction and novels.

There are wooden floors everywhere except in the kitchens and the hallway.

After being parked in the yard directly at the house, you enter the house through the ground-level front door.

EC - In the central heated, approximately 100sqm large house there are two kitchens: On the one hand, the fully furnished new kitchen with 4 ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with 3 star freezer, 5L water heater under the sink, kettle, coffee maker, complete pot set with pans, Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, tea and coffee pots, tea towels, oven mitts and spices. On the other hand, the old kitchen for connoisseurs - in her you have the opportunity to cook on the old bar stove with prepared wood. The old stone oven is unfortunately no longer in operation. It is then eaten at the 2m long board in the room - there can accommodate up to 10 people. There is also a sofa, which can be pulled out for sleeping two people (1.40 m wide). There is music from the radio and CD player - an aux cable for playing your iPod or smartphone is ready.

The basement "basement room" houses the technology for heating, water and electricity. There you will also find cleaning equipment and the clothes horse - food supplies and drinks that are to be kept a little cooler, there can also be stored.

From the old kitchen leads, as was customary in the past, the old staircase to the upper floor.

OG - There are 2 bedrooms each with a French bed (1.40 m wide) - bedding is available - and the bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, urinal and sink. A hair dryer is available, towels are provided.

From the hallway on the upper floor you can reach the attic via the original stairs.

DG - The attic consists of a large room - open to the ridge - which is used as a living room. In addition to the central heating there is a Bullerjan wood stove, which invites you to sit comfortably and as an alternative source of heat. The wood for this is provided. In addition, there are two additional beds available as needed.

Schöner Ort zum Entspannen - tolle Umgebung

Ein gemütliches, wunderbar renoviertes und schön eingerichtetes Haus mit Geschichte. Wenn man zur Ruhe kommen möchte, ein paar Stunden vor dem Kaminofen verbringen möchte und auf Internet und Handyempfang verzichten kann ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Wunderschöne Ziele befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung: Luxemburg, Trier, die "Teufelsschlucht" uvm.

Ein tolles Wochenende

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und möchten uns auf diesem Wege bedanken. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vermieter sind super und hilfsbereit.

Gemütlich und ruhig

Die Wohnung ist eine gelungene Kombination von Alt und Modern, mit einer schönen Atmosphäre („Bauernhof“) und Gemütlichkeit. Sie bietet ganz viel Platz und wird liebevoll gepflegt. Von der Ausstattung alles Nötige ist dabei. Besonderheiten: Aus Spaß kann man auf dem alten Holzherd kochen. Und zur Entspannung ist es sehr schön, nach einem Bad sich auf einem kuscheligen Sitz am Bullerjan gemütlich zu machen. Es gibt viele Bücher und sogar eine Gitarre.

Das Ort ist sehr ruhig – umso besser fürs Ausruhen nach einer Wanderung oder Stadtbummeln.

In ein paar Autominuten erreicht man die Teufelsschlucht – eine unglaublich schöne und abenteuerliche Stelle. Es sind ca. 20 Autominuten bis Trier. Und noch ganz viele interessante „Ausflugsziele“: Römische Ruinen, Burgen, einfach schöne Wanderstrecken.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der einzige Wunsch wäre, eine WLAN in der Wohnung zu haben. (Der Handy-Empfang im Haus ist sehr schwach.)

The 1250-year-old Eifel village Eisenach with its approx. 360 inhabitants lies in the "Bitburger Gutland" and is characterized by agriculture, there are also pig and cattle farms. In Welschbillig, 3 km to the east, and Irrel, 4 km to the west, there are doctors, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, tourist information, churches, post offices, banks and taxis.

The nearest petrol station is 5 km away on the B51 or in Luxembourg near the border - about 10 km (the 5 km more worthwhile, as the fuel is much cheaper in Luxembourg). The moderate-traffic bus stop is next to the farm. Within 20 km you will find the indoor pool, outdoor pool and indoor pool - in addition Trier with the Porta Nigra, many other Roman relics and very good shopping opportunities.
