Aetheria is a one-bedroom upper residence with private access to the main living space and backyard. It is arranged for two adults only, with a warm, refined atmosphere inside and a peaceful outdoor setting built around the swim spa.

Heated Swim Spa
The 14-foot heated swim spa is available year-round from 7 AM to 10 PM. It is ideal after a day at the Falls, wineries, trails, or dinner out, and especially inviting in cooler weather.

Backyard
The fenced backyard includes the swim spa, gazebo seating, string lights, BBQ, outdoor dining, and firepit seating. It is set up for morning coffee, an easy dinner outside, or a quiet evening under the lights.

King Bedroom
The bedroom features a king bed, soft linens, blackout window coverings, bedside reading lights, and a bold designer accent wall. It is simple, quiet, and made for restful sleep.

Spa-Style Ensuite
