This was a nice place to stay for two nights for two people. I wouldn’t call it luxurious, but it was still a nice and clean apartment. Can definitely hear the people above you if you’re on the first floor. 10 minute walk to Clifton Hills. Can easily walk to other spots in town too.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. Very beautiful neighborhood, you can see the fireworks just down the street! Walking distance to all the attractions on Clifton Hill and to the Falls. I do suggest a welcome book for house instructions, closest grocery stores and restaurants. But everything thing is 10 min by uber!

The inside of the rental was decorated beautifully and very clean. We only made coffee but there where enough kitchen items for your stay. As others reported the back door is hard to lock. We did not feel comfortable sitting in the front porch as it does need some upgrading to be as nice as the inside of the rental.The outside of the property could use a bit of upkeep. We did enjoy our stay here while visiting Niagara Falls.

Wonderful Experience

The interior of the property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, lots of room, kitchen supplied with everything you need to cook your meals, and the bed was very comfortable. Private parking available for guests, and pathway to front door has sensor lights during evening/night hours.Host was very responsive to any questions we had.The only item we noted was the deadbolt on the back door was difficult to lock.We would definitely stay here again.

Great Apartment

The place was very clean, quiet and very cute! We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. Easy to find and nice to have off street parking. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for Niagara Falls exploring!

This was a perfect location and an awesome place to stay. If I ever went back I would stay here again without any doubt. It’s in a safe neighborhood and only a few minute walk to the falls, casino, restaurants and activities. It cost to park everywhere in the area so this was a nice perks being able to park at the Vrbo and walk everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

The property was wonderful. It was close to the falls and most of the attractions. We walked everywhere. It was nice being able to park the car at arrival and be able to walk around the town. The listing was exactly as advertised, clean, and comfortable to stay at. Contact with the property manager was very easy. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. We had a great stay and would recommend the property.

Great stay.

Great location, quiet space and only a 5/10 minute walk to the falls and Clifton Hill, which was nice to not be right in the middle of it all but we were easily able to walk back and forth without worrying about driving/parking in the congested area. Place was great and enough room for everything we needed. I didn't like the way the back door locked, it seemed loose and not incredibly secure, there were no issues with it locking but looked like it was broken at one point and not fixed entirely.

Excellent property and location

Beautiful property inside. Great location. Just a short walk to the falls and other attractions! If you are able, leave your vehicle and walk to avoid the traffic and expensive parking!

Beautiful, Convenient, bigger than it looks!

This property was bigger than I expected! Cute little place with a lovely kitchen and bath space, nice heating system for cold nights, and easy entry with the host's instructions. Highly recommend this location!

This property is conveniently located near the Falls, if you don't mind a short walk. My wife and I leisurely walked to the downtown area in less than 10 minutes. It saved the hassle of trying to find parking, along with the expense of it. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We took a tour and they were able to pick us up at the location. The property is fine for 2 people, although more than that would be a problem. The website description states that and is very accurate. We have a ground floor apartment which made for easy access with luggage. The HVAC system worked great. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. Our only suggestion would be more towel racks. All in all a very nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay! PROS: Very clean property, beautifully decorated, perfect location within walking distance of the Falls and many restaurants, safe and quiet neighborhood, fast WIFI, fully stocked kitchen including coffee bar, convenient parking, owner was quick to respond with questions CONS: Couch was uncomfortable, small TV We would definitely stay here again!

This was by far the most amazing place to stay! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. We were walking distance to Clifton Hill and it was great that we didn't have to drive anywhere and pay the astronomical parking fees in Niagara Falls. Our only suggestion would be to have a more secure back door. The pane glass window could be easily broken and the door could be unlocked. Although, we did feel very safe in the neighborhood to walk around after dark. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Overall a great place to stay. Clean and very close to the falls. It was nice to be able to walk and bike around instead of driving and paying a lot for parking. The only two reasons I gave this property a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the following: 1. The back door (which makes it very convenient to unload your car etc) leads to the back parking and alleyway. It seems like a safe neighbourhood but at night it would be nice to have a window covering on that door window. 2. There are other units in the house (it is a large, older Victorian style home) which is also fine but this unit is on the lower level. You can hear all the footsteps and toilet flushing of the people in the units above. For some people this may not be an issue but for others it might be. The creaking sounds from the walking are quite loud, which is very typical and common in older homes but it was just surprising upon arrival and we would have preferred a quieter place for sleeping. With that being said, I don't think many people stay at this property to party all night and make tons of noise. The creaking and walking around ended at a decent hour. Overall an excellent place. If those two items don't bother you, I highly recommend it.

Almost Good

Many aspects of the property are very good - updated Kitchen and bathroom, very clean and well located. The biggest drawback was the uncomfortable living room with a couch that was as old as the hills and TV was the size of a large computer monitor. Despite the positive aspects, we wouldn't stay here again.

Wonderful apartment, quiet, convenient location!

We loved our stay. Impeccably clean, quick and responsive host, on-site parking, quite home tucked away from the bustle of the downtown, but still within walking distance. Really enjoyed the enclosed front porch for our morning coffee (plus there's an indoor dining space as well), super comfy bed, lovely kitchen and bath. Our only pain point was the sofa in the living room - really not comfy to sit on if you want to relax and watch some TV. Anything more than 20 mins at a time is painful. Having said this, if you don't plan to be on the sofa for much of your stay (which we assume most don't when visiting Niagara), it's no problem!
