Surrounded by four acres of lush tropical gardens, this recently renovated villa offers a relaxing retreat just steps from the beautiful Noosa River. Thoughtfully styled with quality furnishings and plantation shutters throughout, the villa combines modern comforts with a peaceful resort atmosphere.



The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area creates a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring Noosa. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless, while the comfortable living area opens to your own private outdoor space. Ducted air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort.



The resort offers an impressive range of facilities including three solar-heated swimming pools, a heated lagoon pool, hot spas, saunas, tennis courts, BBQ facilities and a games room, providing plenty of opportunities to relax without leaving the property.



Bedroom One (Master Bedroom): The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, plantation shutters and ducted air conditioning for a peaceful night's sleep.



Bedroom Two: The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, plantation shutters and ducted air conditioning, making it ideal for children or friends.



Bathroom: Located upstairs, the main bathroom includes a bath, shower, vanity and toilet.



Laundry: A separate laundry includes a washing machine, along with an additional downstairs toilet for extra convenience.



Please note: The living room furniture has been upgraded and the kitchen has undergone further renovations since the original photography, so some furnishings and finishes may differ slightly from those shown.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa, along with full use of the resort facilities including the swimming pools, heated lagoon pool, spas, saunas, tennis courts, BBQ areas and games room. One allocated undercover car space is provided within the secure gated complex.

While one secure undercover car space is provided, many guests choose to leave the car behind and enjoy the convenience of walking, cycling or catching public transport.
