The Space:

Welcome to Palms Cottage, where gorgeous treescape views frame your Hinterland escape. There’s something special about Eumundi, geographically, culturally, and spiritually; and this welcoming, restful, pet-friendly cottage has all you need to enjoy it.



Step inside to a beautifully styled open-plan living area with soaring timber ceilings, a 3.5-seater leather lounge, and a freestanding wood fireplace, ideal for cooler evenings, with firewood provided in winter. A Smart TV, curated books and games add to the relaxed atmosphere, making it a space for slow mornings and easy evenings. The kitchen blends modern convenience with country charm, fully equipped with quality appliances, a Nespresso machine, and leafy views. A wide bench seat wraps around the generous timber dining table, creating a warm and social dining experience for families and friends.



Flowing from the living area, the expansive undercover deck is designed for year-round enjoyment, complete with an outdoor lounge, BBQ, and dining space overlooking the dam and tree-lined surrounds. It’s an ideal spot for alfresco meals, sunset drinks, or a quiet morning coffee immersed in nature. Beyond the deck, the 1.2-hectare property invites you to explore open lawns, a peaceful fire pit, and forest-fringed pockets with a creek and dam, perfect for moments of calm or picturesque picnics.



The bedrooms are light, calm and thoughtfully styled - two with queen beds and one with a bunk (trundle available on request). The main bedroom and living area are air-conditioned for added comfort, while ceiling fans feature throughout. A modern central bathroom includes a full-sized bath and separate shower, and the internal laundry offers additional convenience for longer stays.



Families are well catered for with a porta-cot, highchair, books, and games, and there’s WiFi throughout the home. Ample parking is available on-site, with easy access to local attractions just minutes away.

Just a five-minute drive away, the historic town of Eumundi is a unique blend of old-world charm and vibrant creativity. Stroll along tree-lined streets dotted with heritage buildings, browse contemporary art galleries, sip at boutique wineries, or delve into local stories at the history museum. At its heart are the world-famous Eumundi Markets, held every Wednesday and Saturday, offering fresh produce, handcrafted goods, live music, and more. With a thriving food scene and an ever-growing mix of gastro-pubs and cafés, Eumundi is a welcoming village full of character and local flavour.



Other Things to Note:

This Hinterland gem has an unfenced dam. The deck is secured via gates, but please view the photos thoroughly to ensure if fits for your pets and/or children.



Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.
