Large stacker doors seamlessly connect the indoors to the outdoor entertaining space, where you can enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, barbecue, and even a paddleboard for lake adventures, perfect for creating lasting holiday memories. The heated swimming pool is available during the summer season from November 1 to March 31, providing a refreshing spot to cool off during the warmer months.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a dedicated Nespresso machine, while the home also features a Smart TV, washing machine, and dryer for convenience. The master suite opens directly to the pool area, and the remaining bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged with two queen beds and one room offering the flexibility of a super king or two single beds. With excellent indoor-outdoor flow and bright living areas, everyone can unwind in comfort.

Located just a 15-minute walk to the lakefront or a 5-minute drive to town, this home offers the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and easy access to local attractions. For winter adventures, Treble Cone Ski Area is about 35 minutes away and Cardrona Alpine Resort is around 40 minutes by car. Spend your days exploring Wānaka’s vibrant cafés, lakeside walks, or boutique wineries or enjoying the slopes then return to a stylish, family-friendly oasis designed for fun and relaxation.

This step ensures the property owners` peace of mind by confirming your identity, similar to a hotel check-in process. Rest assured, your ID will not be stored in our system. Our guest portal adheres to the highest level of PCI compliance for your security. This process is essential as we operate a self-check-in system.
Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.
