Holiday home within easy walk to town (approx 15 minutes) and to lake edge (3 minutes) with views of the lake and mountains from a large elevated deck. Situated close to Eely point with easy access to boat launching ramp, bike trails and walking tracks. Newly renovated with modern kitchen, three bedroom house with two bathrooms (including an ensuite) and seperate toilet. Large open plan living/dining area with log burner and heatpump. Off street parking with garage available and area to park boat.

A great location, easy communication with Anne and a warm, cost house with all the amenities required to make our stay very comfortable. Centrally located in Wanaka (we often walked to town) and an easy 25mins to Cardrona ski field. Highly recommended.

Cannot speak highly enough of this older style property in a wonderful location. The decor and facilities were excellent and we really enjoyed the quiet evenings outside on the sunny deck.

Family reunion

Very handy and close to the water. Loverly sun filled property but was just a little concerned that you have to walk through the 3rd sleeping area to get to the bathroom.
