A short walk takes you to Barangaroo Reserve, just around 5 to 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy waterfront parklands, walking paths and stunning harbour views. The vibrant Barangaroo dining precinct is also nearby, offering a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars, typically within a 10 minute walk.

Wynyard Station is approximately 10 to 12 minutes walk away and connects you to multiple train lines across Sydney, including direct routes to the airport, Bondi Junction, Chatswood and Parramatta. Trains also run frequently through the city circle, making it easy to move quickly between key CBD stops.



Bus services are also available within a short walking distance, with multiple routes running through the CBD and surrounding suburbs. These provide easy access to Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, North Sydney, Bondi Junction and inner west areas. Buses operate frequently throughout the day and into the evening, offering a flexible and convenient travel option.

-Mandatory fortnightly general house clean of A$850 for any bookings over 14 days with sheet change

-Additional exit clean fee of A$850 for bookings two months or more

-No parking on neighbouring lawns

-A$150 fee for accidental lock out, lost keys or fail to return keys as per self-check out information

During your stay, you are required to be aware of and agree to abide by the applicable local regulations and code of conduct for the short-term rental accommodation industry. By doing so, you also agree to:

- Not host parties or events that would cause disruption to the peace and comfort of the home or neighbours and follow all house rules.





In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent.



You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you.



Guests will also be required to add a valid payment method and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a pre-authorization bond (which is not an actual charge on the card unless damages occur).
