Résidence de tourisme No 322707 très confortable, à 10mn à pied du bord de mer et du parc Beauséjour, bien équipé, chaleureux, ambiance calme et privée, belle terrasse pour l’été, propre et impeccable!, stationnement inclus. De plus, nous sommes face à l’hôpital, près du Cégep et à proximité de tous les services.

Le quartier est situé dans une zone très centrale de la ville, dispose des rues importantes d'accès et, en général, est très tranquille.
D'accord à la Société rimouskoise du patrimoine, entre 1870 et 1900, la population de Rimouski se concentre dans le quartier Saint-Germain, autour de la cathédrale. Les rues qui parcourent aujourd’hui le centre-ville sont pour la plupart ouvertes entre 1898 et 1907. Dans la première moitié du XXe siècle, on construit plusieurs bâtiments importants, dont l’hôtel de ville, l’évêché, l’hôpital Saint-Joseph et le cinquième séminaire (aujourd’hui le Cégep).
Dans ce quartier, on trouve surtout des maisons de types Four Square et vernaculaire américain avec plan en L.
