Styled with a relaxed coastal-chic aesthetic, the residence offers a bright and welcoming retreat in one of Naples’ most desirable resort communities.



The spacious primary suite features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also includes a King bed with direct access to its own full bathroom, giving both bedrooms convenient en-suite access for added comfort and privacy.



The open living space includes indoor dining for six, while the private lanai offers seating for four with tranquil views of the lake and fountain — the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation. For added convenience, the villa includes a desk and chair and an in-unit washer and dryer, allowing guests to feel right at home during their stay.
