Minimalist by the Beach - Back to Basics

Bare minimum cottage suitable for two people. High speed wifi, smart tv, queen air mattress and free parking. Monthly rental only. Linen provided. Clothes line off the deck. This is simplicity ultra.

The cottage is so close to the ocean that the well is salt water and guests shower with warm salt water. A true spa
experience. A 18 liter jug with drinking water is provided, which can be refilled for $2 in the valley.

The cooking stove and oven are propane, the large fridge with freezer is electric. The cottage has a total of 3 rooms: bathroom , kitchen with dining area and bedroom / living room. The furniture is minimal, wide wooden planks, no rugs and frills. Please note the upstairs is not available for rent and there is a neighbouring cottage nearby so noise should be kept to a minimum.

The big deck wraps around 3 sides of the cottage and teak furniture are on the deck for seating.
