Keys are to be collected from a nearby partner store, located approximately:
5 minutes by car, or
12–15 minutes walking distance from the property

Collection hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

If you are arriving outside of these store hours, please let us know at least 1 week in advance. We can arrange to transfer your keys to a 24-hour collection location (approximately 5 km from the property). Please note that a service fee will apply.

| Check-in Details: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. Detailed instructions provided before arrival.
