You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to five Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby with shared elevator access, makes hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of your living space, you can enjoy your balcony overlooking Whitaker Street.

The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions, bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more are all within easy walking distance.

Great visit for St. Patty's

Place was perfect. Great location, clean and comfortable. Good value for what you get. Lucky Savannah does a professional job managing the site. Walls are thin but had no issues sleeping. Would certainly go back.

Great unit for the value. The place looked like it was cleaned but all of the surfaces were kind of nasty. Wonderful location and terrific layout. Would stay there again so long as they address the cleanliness for future guests.

It is hard to find and parking can be a problem. Very tight door to get inside. Walls are VERY thin. We could hear the conversations of the people next door every night. The apartment was nice and clean. We had a fun trip.

Comfortable and clean spot with lovely rooftop

We had a wonderful weekend gathering with our 2 college age kids in Savannah. The unit was clean and worked well for our group (3BR with 2 queens and one smaller twin bed) The LR and balcony made a good gathering spot, plus the rooftop was a great place for a nightcap. The only blemish was that there seemed to be a few bachelorette groups that didn't understand 'communal' living as it relates to late night noise. Overall a positive experience.

Good location, but noisy

We enjoyed our stay- great location and nice space. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Only downside was the noise. It seems these apartments are not insulated at all- we heard everything from surrounding apartments & the street all night. We had to use a sound machine and ear plugs just to get some sleep. Obviously not the owner’s fault, but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, but neighbors where loud. Seems this is s good location to start and finish pub crawls. Two separate parties had to call with a complaint at 130 in morning. Walls where paper thin. Was up half the night hearing people in the hallways or partying.

The walls are fairly thin, so a little unpredictable for the noise level (might be tricky if you have young children- we had some late night party goers around us). Overall would most definitely recommend!

Very well located yet the apartment was not as expected

Very convenient location, in the hearth of the historic downtown. The building and the apartment are modern and look good. However, the apartment was not the same as the one shown in the photos while doing the reservation and smaller than expected. It was not properly cleaned compared to other rental experiences we had in the past. The kitchen equipment was very basic for a family with children planning to stay for 5-6 days. As several units in the building are being rented you may share your stay with noisy neighbours.

Lovely Location with Hiccups

The property comfortably slept five adults. The beds and linens, towels and bathroom appointments were well done. We appreciated the convenient central location. The hiccups included a porch that had not been cleaned from previous renters, batteries missing from remotes, inadequate mugs and glassware for number of adults, and a broken lock between adjacent. apartments. After reaching out twice to their hospitality front desk spme of the issues were resolved. Furnishings were very worn and the roof top deck had no lounge chairs, no table umbrellas, and the decking was in poor condition...far from the attractive picture in the booking photos. Pnce the lock was fixed on day 2 of our stay, we felt safer.

No cable although advertised having it. Streaming only. In book and on door it said cable. Fiddled with the tv for 2 days. Calling etc. too much energy for misinformation. No cleaning items, no broom, 1 dish towel, 2 face towels. Not enough towels for only 3 people. Bad frying pan. Dirty and worn. Couldn’t even fry an egg.

Fabulous if you're visiting Savannah to party.

Pros: The condo is in a great location for all downtown Savannah has to offer. While there's no parking at the condo, the parking garage is a short walk away and was only $10/day. I also felt my car was safer off the street. The condo was extremely clean. The photos made the single bed look like it was in the corridor, but it is a separate bedroom and the only one with a window. Cons: The NOISE!! From the street and from within the building, which may have been constructed from paper. Unless you plan on being up until 3am, bring your noise cancelling headphones. The two main bedrooms do not have windows, so once you have managed to get to sleep, it is equally hard to wake up! The kitchen is not well equipped. It's great for snacks, but don't plan on cooking gourmet meals. Conclusion: If you're coming to party and just need a home base, this is it. With better soundproofing, I'd have given it 5 stars.

We were given the code for the unit but never a code to get in the actual building. When we finally explained to the person on the phone where we were, NOT in the building, they finally gave us the code. The place was nice but the floors were dirty. Water spilled out of the water dispenser of the fridge and when we cleaned it with a paper towel the paper towel was black. We tested a few more spots in the unit and all the same. We ended up wearing shoes the entire time.

The furnishings were minimal with limited storage for clothing. The living room furniture is worn. For five days, we had one garbage bag and limited towels and toilet paper. The kitchen has basic necessities but nothing beyond. It was a nice layout and met our needs. The location is the reason to rent this property as it is within walking distance of everything.
