Why Lucky Savannah Loves this Property:
- This property can be combined with Chatham Square Garden Apartment to accommodate larger groups.
- A very large, exquisitely maintained, shared courtyard is a delightful spot to sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
- Guests have access to a private parking space located just behind the home.

Recently renovated, Chatham Square Manor is a large, two-bedroom townhouse has plenty of space for up to six Lucky guests to relax in true Southern style. The parlor level has a light and bright living space with a decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy dinner in the adjacent dining room or a quick meal in the eat-in kitchen. Large windows look out into the courtyard, shared with the Garden Apartment.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom has a king bed with an iron headboard that compliments the fireplace grate. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath. A second full bathroom is at the top of the stairs, and also includes a full size washer and dryer.

Mix with locals and find fresh ingredients for dinner at the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays in Forsyth Park, just two minutes away. Take a stroll to the cross streets of Bull and Liberty for some boutique shopping at The Book Lady Bookstore, Satchel, and Red Clover.

This is a beautiful property right on Chatham Square. The location is quiet and you feel removed from the heavily touristed areas while still being close to everything. The home has a lot of historic charm and had plenty of space for our party of five. Both bedrooms are upstairs and stayed pretty warm, even through the night, but we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful accommodations, a few blocks from Forsyth Park and a fifteen minute walk from River Street. Quiet location on the edge of Chatham Square. Easy walkabity to everything. The sleeper sofa is new and very comfortable. It would really be helpful to have more towels, more blankets, tissues, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer at the house.
