Please note that a long-term tenant resides in the self-contained basement apartment. They have a separate entrance and private driveway, ensuring excellent privacy for both guests and tenant. The tenant also has a very well-behaved dog.

Your stay at Ocean’s Edge Lookout includes exclusive access to the covered front patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean—an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking sunrises and ocean views.
