About this property

Cosy alpine retreat right in the heart of the village

This freshly renovated 3 bedroom home is perfect for your escape to the peace and quiet of St Arnaud.

PLEASE NOTE: Under kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to bring your own sheets and towels and you are expected to clean the property before your departure and take your rubbish with you too, thank you.

The home offers one large king bedroom, one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom.
The large log burner heats the entire house beautifully. Although the kitchen is small it is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave but if you don’t feel like cooking and doing the dishes you are only minutes walk from The Alpine Lodge which has a great bar and restaurant.
The new bathroom is located downstairs with all three bedrooms being upstairs.
There is a lovely new deck to the rear with an archgola which gives year round protection from the elements.

There is an abundance of parking suitable for boats etc.

You will need to supply your own bedding and towels and leave the property as you found it - all cleaning products are on site.

Very cute, beautifully renovated classic kiwi Bach. Perfect location. Plenty of parking for a boat. Room for the whole family. Beautifully appointed with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday at lake rotoiti. Shona was incredibly helpful throughout and we will definitely be going back!

Beautiful A-frame house, photos don’t do it justice. So cosy, clean with everything you need and 2min walk from the lodge to dine at. A beautiful relaxing spot. Will be back.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house has been beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. It was warm and cosy with a great fireplace which heated up quickly. Lovely shower with excellent pressure, comfy beds, and nice outdoor area. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and a toddler, and lots of room for the boat. Excellent location right in the heart of the village. Shona was a great host to communicate with. Highly recommend
