Our family lives in Vancouver and we love the outdoors. We love nothing more than introducing other families to Sproat Lake and making it part of their family memories.
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood enjoys a great location on the lake. It's full of higher-end homes, there's a pub/restaurant just 1/2 km down the road and Cougar Smith Park is a short walk with a playground, tennis, pickleball, a mountain bike course and more. You are 3 minutes to the main highway, with the shops and services of Port Alberni just 10 minutes away and Tofino and Ucluelet are an easy day trip!
What makes this property unique
Our house sits in a park-like setting with mature trees and a beautiful sandy beach. There is nothing quite like watching the sun set directly across from our dock, and then serving a great dinner to everyone sitting at the tables on the water's edge. You won't want to leave!
