Little Casa is Casablanca’s little sister, carrying the same canal-side warmth, but in a spacious, single-level home designed for easy living. A ground-level canal home designed for slow mornings, easy movement, and long afternoons that drift between the kitchen, the pool and the water’s edge.



This is canal living without the stairs, without the scale, but with all the same calm.



Step inside and everything sits comfortably on one level. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are thoughtfully spaced for privacy and ease, making it ideal for families or groups who want room to breathe without feeling spread out. The master, guest rooms and shared spaces all connect naturally, creating a home that feels intuitive from the moment you arrive.



The kitchen, living and dining area form the heart of Little Casa. It’s open, functional and unpretentious, designed for shared breakfasts, lazy lunches and dinners that stretch a little longer than planned. Just off this space, the media room offers a softer landing - a place to retreat, unwind, or let the kids settle in after a day outside.



And then there’s the pool. Always close. Always part of the day. Whether you’re cooking, reading, or simply moving between rooms, the water is never far away - a quiet reminder that holiday rhythm is already underway.

Mornings start with soft light on the water and afternoons are made for lounging by the pool or watching the boats glide past. It’s peaceful yet close to everything and perfect for those who want space and serenity alongside convenience. The heart of Yamba and her beaches are an eight minute drive from Casablanca and Yamba Fair with Coles and K-hub are only two minutes drive away.



Getting Around:

Bring your bikes for exploring or drive eight minutes to Yamba’s beaches. Yamba Fair is only two minutes away for easy groceries and supplies. Parking is simple at the house and once you settle in you’ll find most days drift between pool time, relaxing indoors and short trips into town or to the coast.

There is strictly no smoking, vaping, parties, pets or loud music at Casablanca.

This property is on the market. When the property sells, we will have at least 42 days notice of change of owner. Should your reservation be beyond 42 days after the sale, we will support you to find alternative accommodation or offer a full refund.
