Comfortable 2-room non-smoking apartment, in a quiet and central location, right in the spa triangle (Bad Füssing, Bad Griesbach, Bad Birnbach) and Passau country in close proximity to Upper Austria.
The brightly furnished apartment is on the first OG and is comfortably furnished for 2 persons 'comfortable'.
The approximately 50 square meter apartment has 1 small kitchen with electric stove, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, sink, spices; a residential / dining room with cable flat-screen TV (LCD), books, chess set, covered loggia with awning and patio furniture; one bedroom; Bathroom with shower toilet, hair dryer, soap dispenser; Hall with wardrobe and shoe cupboard; Storage room, drying rack, Use of iron / iron; 2 rucksacks, 2 umbrellas, 2 bicycles etc.

10 Tage Herbsturlaub im Passauer Land

Auch wir haben den Aufenthalt in der gemütlich eingetrichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Es war alles da um sich rundherum wohl zu fühlen. Von Frau Depold fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut. Die Ausflugstipps, und Infos zu guten Einkaufmöglichkeiten und den Thermen in der Nähe waren für uns sehr hilfreich. Besonders haben wir uns auch über die Freikarten für den ersten Thermenbesuch gefreut. Für ein wunderbares Konzert in der Stadthalle wurden die Tickets besorgt und lagen schon bei unserer Ankunft bereit. Super auch die ruhige aber doch zentrale Lage der Wohnung und ein eigener Parkplatz. Wir können die FeWo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt auch selber wiederkommen. ideal pour se détendre et visiter PASSAU et sa rég

très bel appartement. (parait tout neuf) situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme avec une place de parking. (1er étage d'un petit immeuble. Literie parfaite.) situé à 300 mètres d'un supermarché. Nous a permis de visiter Passau, Scharding, Burghausen, Deggendorf et même Liz. Bien sur, il aurait été préférable d'y aller un peu plus tard dans la saison afin de profiter de certains sites fermés l'hiver. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des sources thermales ! (mais peut-être pourrons-nous y retourner) . Marlene nous a consacré quelques heures de son temps pour nous expliquer ce qu'il y avait d'intéressant à voir et à faire dans les environs. Elle nous a même fait faire le tour de la zone thermal avec sa voiture pour nous faire voir ou sont les différents thermes. merci encore a Marlene pour son accueil.

So helpful

The apartment is perfect for a couple and Marlene couldn't have been more helpful. It's a great centre for touring Eastern Bavaria and the Salzburg area. The only downside is that Pocking itself is very quiet so plan to visit neighbouring towns for the evening.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön für die nette Gastfreund

Es hat uns in der ruhigen und sehr zentral gelegenen Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin gab und viele Ausflugstipps und Informationen. Wir haben neben den Thermalbädern in Bad Füssing das Umland und vor allen Dingen die historische Dreiflüssestadt Passau mit dem wunderbaren Orgelkonzert besucht und besichtigt. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage !

Diese sehr gepflegte und hübsche Ferienwohnung bietet allen Komfort für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Für Thermenfreunde ist die Lage perfekt. Sie sind sogar per Fahrrad erreichbar, was ebenfalls zur Verfügung steht. Einfach eine super Adresse! Durch die sehr nette und aufmerksame Betreuung der Vermieterin erhält man alle Infos, um den Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Erlebnis zu machen. Wir kommen auch in diesem Jahr wieder vorbei!

a dream honeymoon!

What a wonderful place to stay for a honeymoon! Marlene was a wonderful hostess and made sure we were comfortable in every way. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a quiet location. The beds are so comfortable and everything you may need is available in the apartment. Marlene made sure that we were spoilt. She even advised us on the best shops for food, and where to buy the gifts we took home to South Afica.The view from the balcony is lovely and it is a pleasure to sit there and watch the sun go down. All the shops are within walking distance and the apartment is central, making it an ideal place from which to explore all the areas of Bavaria (and even Austria!). We had a wonderful time and we wish to thank Marlene for her wonderful hospitality! We will definitely be back to visit your beautiful country and we will definitely be staying in this apartment!!

Perfekte Basis im Bäderdreieck und Golfzentrum

Im September 2012 hatten wir das Glück in dieser perfekten Ferienwohnung die ersten Gäste nach deren Renovierung zu sein. Wir waren begeistert über die moderne und geschmackvolle Ausstattung und haben überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und nach Bedarf bestens betreut und beraten und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Stadt Pocking liegt zentral im Bäderdreieck zwischen Bad Füssing und Bad Griesbach / Bad Birnbach und nach Passau und Österreich ist es nur eine Katzensprung. Pocking bietet ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Vielzahl guter Lokale. Im näheren Umkreis stehen 8 – 10 Golfplätze zur Verfügung; das Gelände in der Umgebung ist bestens geeignet zum Fahrradfahren und Wandern und hierzu werden sogar die Fahrräder und Rucksäcke bereitgestellt! Leider war die eine Woche zu kurz um alle Möglichkeiten auszuschöpfen, deshalb: wir werden gerne einmal wieder kommen… Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt für jede Altersgruppe bestens geeignet und kann von uns bestens empfohlen werden.

My best holiday

Earlier this year my wife and I rented this comfortable apartment from Marlene and Siegi who made us feel at home and they were extremely helpful. I just want to say that it was real value for money and we will in future rent the apartment again, in fact I have made my booking again for next year July. My wife and I have also referred our other South African friends to make use of Marlene’s apartment. Everything was so clean and tidy; the area is lovely, tranquil and quiet. The flat is so central to everything; I travelled basically the whole of Bavaria, using the flat as the base. With a map of Bavaria we travelled all over from Munich to the Baroque city of Passau. The Austrian border is about 5 minutes’ drive from the apartment; the warm baths, health and wellness spas, ect, are walking distance; the excellent golf course is not far; there are just too much to mention. I love culture, sport and recreational activities and the area of Marlene’s flat allowed me to do all of this. We did a boat trip on the Danube, made use of guided tours and when one is lost you just ask Marlene and she will know who to ask and what to do. Our stay was very memorable and I cannot thank Marlene and Siegi enough for allowing us to rent their apartment and for all the assistance we got from them. Marlene, remember to confirm our booking for next year!!!
