Welcome to our beautifully restored 150+ year-old farmhouse by the sea, where historic charm meets modern comfort. This spacious cottage features 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy gathering spaces, and thoughtful modern updates including heat pumps on each floor for year-round comfort.

Enjoy stunning views of the dunes and ocean from the wrap-around deck, screened-in porch, and two private bedroom balconies. Guests also have access to a private rocky beach—perfect for morning coffee, beachcombing, or watching the sunset.

A short 20 minute drive to the Charlottetown airport, or downtown Charlottetown.
