This beautiful apartment welcomes you in a charming and warm atmosphere for a rejuvenating stay in La Baule. Pleasant and well-equipped, it offers an ideal location for strolling through the streets of the famous seaside resort. Just 450 metres from the main beach, the sand, sun and water sports will be your best allies!
It is an 85 m² apartment, modern, tastefully furnished and located on the beachfront in La Baule-Escoublac. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The rental has a parking space and a 35 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is equipped with internet access via Wi-Fi and a television. As for the open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
