Historic buildings and state landmarks surround you, with the State Art Gallery just a stone's throw away. Indulge in retail therapy at the large pedestrian shopping mall, a mere 5-minute walk. For a scenic escape, the ferry terminal is nearby, offering trips to South Perth and Rottnest Island. Enjoy the city's nightlife with laneway bars and rooftop venues within easy reach, along with a diverse culinary scene. The entertainment precinct is a short stroll away. For a breath of fresh air, Kings Park and Botanic Garden, one of the world's largest inner-city parks, is easily accessible, less than 3 kilometers away.



Getting Around:

Getting around Perth is easy from our apartment. We're conveniently located near the central train station and bus station, as well as free CAT bus services, making it simple to explore the city center without a car. For those who prefer to drive, we offer free parking on the premises. Perth Airport is approximately 20 kilometers away, about a 25-minute drive. Rideshare services are readily available from the street outside the building.

CHECK-IN TIME

- from 3 pm onwards.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



PARKING

- Dedicated parking bay available (height restriction 2.1m)



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
