Our vacation home is situated in absolute isolation on a 10.000 m² spacious property, directly on the Kyll River, one of the most reknowned trout waters in Germany. It easily accomodates 12 to 14 adults, thereby suitable for clubs, hiking groups, short holidays with friends etc. Furnished with loving care, cosy and snug.

Wir waren mit zwölf Personen an einem Wochenende Ende März in dem Haus. Alles war sehr sehr schön. Die Lage am Fluss ist echt das Highlight. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Gerolstein und zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad direkt in der Natur. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Niesen-Schulte war super. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren mit 10 Personen über ein Wochenende da.Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, es hat nichts gefehlt.Hervorzuheben waren die Sauberkeit im Haus und die Qualität der Betten. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen.Die große Kaffeemaschine, 4L Filterkaffee auf einmal, war sehr praktisch bei der Personenanzahl.Die Vermieterin antwortet schnell und sehr freundlich.Wir planen eventuell im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und es war wirklich sauber und auf Kinder eingerichtet. Jedoch war in der Anzeige beschrieben, dass das Grundstück vollständig umzäunt ist, das war leider nicht der Fall. Und die Lage direkt an einer Straße, wo 70 km/h und schneller gefahren wird, fanden wir nicht gut und war aus der Anzeige nicht so ersichtlich. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus.

Ein super Ferienhaus um mit Freunden oder Familie ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen! Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, großer Garten direkt am Bach mit mehreren Grillplätzen! Es war ein super Wochenende!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Urlaub mit der Grossfamilie

Laura‘s Haus ist zwar etwas älter, aber es ist wunderbar. Mit viel Liebe renoviert, Küchenausstattung super (Töpfe, Teller, Tassen, Gläser für eine ganze Armee). Viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten draussen wie drinnen.Der Garten mit Zugang zur Kyll wunderbar. Dank schliessbarem Tor konnten sich die kleinen Kinder nicht auf die Hauptstrasse, welche doch teils als Raserstrecke genutzt wurde, gelangen. Wir haben 5 wunderschöne Tage mit der Familie und Hund - welche teils weit weg wohnt - verbracht. Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Besuch sein durften.

Sehr schönes Haus für große Gruppen

Lauras Haus ist perfekt für große Gruppen für bis zu 16 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer waren alle gemütlich und man kann sich auch gut zurückziehen wenn man etwas Ruhe braucht. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet mit genügend Besteck und Geschirr und einer großen Kaffemaschine. Vor allem, wenn man daran denkt die Verbrauchsmaterialen, wie z.B. Spülmittel und Tabs, Gewürze, Handtücher, oder Öl, mitzubringen. Wir haben jeden Abend in der kleinen Stube am großen Tisch mit Spielen gesessen, da jeder dort Platz hatte. Wir haben wirklich ein sehr schönes Wochenende dort vebracht und planen jetzt schon ein neues Wochenende.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Sehr gemütlich, sauber und schön für Familien mit Kindern

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles sauber und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Unsere Kinder hatten Spaß im Garten mit Trampolin und klettergerüst, nebenbei konnten wir die Aussicht genießen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für ein kurzes Wochenende benötigt.

Gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man braucht

Wir waren mit der erweiterten Familie für 3 Übernachtungen im Herbst in "Lauras Haus". Für unsere Gruppe (10 Personen, davon 3 Kinder zwischen 2 und 8 Jahren) bot die Unterkunft alles, was man braucht! Besonders hat uns die gemütliche Atmosphäre im Haus gefallen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und unten mit dem Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und geräumiger Küche praktisch aufgeteilt. So konnten die Erwachsenen abends noch in Ruhe zusammen sitzen. Meiner Meinung nach entspricht die Ausstattung genau den Fotos. Dass nicht alles nagelneu ist, war vorher zu erkennen und spiegelt sich auch angemessen im Preis wider. Ich würde die Unterkunft ähnlichen Gruppen jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
