Easy Access to the CBD

Public transport is only steps away, offering quick and simple access to the city centre, making this the perfect base for both relaxation and exploration.



Parking **Important:**

There is no on-site parking at the apartment.

Here’s how parking works nearby:

- You can find free 2-hour street parking on Hastings Parade. This may be useful for quick drop-offs, luggage unloading, or short errands.

- Free all-day parking in Bondi is rare. Most of the nearby streets operate under time limits (e.g. 2P / 2-hour limits) or are metered / paid by the local council.

- On busy days (especially weekends or during events), finding street parking, even short-term, can be difficult, as demand is high.



If you must drive, there are some nearby paid parking lots for overnight or long stays:

- The nearest reliable option is Bondi Beach Parking Station on Queen Elizabeth Drive, this is the largest off-street car park near the beach and accepts both short-term and longer stays.

- Another nearby facility is Pacific Bondi Car Park (on Curlewis Street), operated by a professional parking-management company. It tends to be busy on peak days, but it’s a good backup for overnight or multi-day parking.



The property is positioned in a central location and has excellent access to buses and trains, many guests find it simpler to skip driving entirely for less stress and no parking hunt.



Wi-Fi Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. While we do our best to ensure reliable service, occasional outages or slow speeds may occur due to factors beyond our control. Guests who require uninterrupted or high-speed internet for work or other critical needs are encouraged to make alternative arrangements (such as a personal hotspot) during their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay. Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival for a smooth and flexible arrival.



Please note the apartment is located on the top floor of a 2-storey building and is accessible by stairs only.

**There is no lift.**



Other Things to Note:

Check-In, Check-Out & Luggage

We aim to provide a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests, and appreciate your understanding of the following:



* Standard check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am.

* Early check-in from 12pm or late check-out until 12pm may be available depending on existing bookings and our cleaning schedule, and must be arranged in advance.



Please note:

* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

* Check-in earlier than 12pm or late check-out beyond 12pm will incur a $200 fee and must be arranged prior to your arrival, as it impacts availability of the calendar.



IMPORTANT:



Guest Verification & Security Requirement:

To help protect our home and provide a safe experience for all guests, we use a secure third-party guest verification system.



After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a link to complete a quick ID verification before check-in.



As part of this process, you'll be asked to choose one of the following:

A $60 non-refundable Damage Waiver, providing up to $500 of accidental damage protection during your stay, or

A $500 refundable Security Deposit Hold, which is released after checkout if no damage is reported.



This is a standard process used by many professionally managed holiday homes and hotels. Your check-in instructions will be provided once verification has been successfully completed.
