Our beautiful apartment is located right in Brisbane City just a stones throw away from the water`s edge. You have the very popular Felons brewery & plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars all very accessible. The new Howard Smith Wharf`s precinct and the Story Bridge are right around the corner.

Brisbane CBD is within walking distance, if you are visiting elsewhere the best way to get around is like the locals: City Hopper (free) and City Cat ferries. The closest stop is Riverside which is a 5 minute walk away. Apart from the ferries, Uber or Taxi are very quick and cheap to get around. Southbank, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, the Gabba’ and New Farm are all 5-7 minutes drive.
If you like to hire a scooter they are all located below the unit, You just need to down load the App and pay as you ride.

We kindly ask that you respect the property and treat it with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors. There is an allocated smoking area outside the apartment as you exit the unit front door. Look to your right and you will see stairs that lead you up to Ivory lane smoking is allowed here.
Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in penalties, and in some cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund.
Pets are not allowed at the property. If a pet is brought in without approval, additional cleaning fees $350 and penalties will apply.
Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While we do provide professional cleaning after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges. All Rubbish to be taken down to level 1 you will see the rubbish room on your left as if you were to exit the garage doors. Security key is required to open the rubbish area.
Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee. This is to cover the cost of locksmith services and replacing locks if necessary. Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance and approved by the host. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.
If you miss your scheduled check-in time and require additional arrangements, a fee will apply for the extra coordination and support required. Any damaged or broken items during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly based on replacement or repair costs please let me know if you there are any accidents that cause damage to the property.
Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered mail sent to the address during your stay.
