This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Gabba Oasis - Luxury 3BR Apt & Pool
We had a fantastic stay at Gabba Oasis. The apartment was exactly as described – modern, spacious, and beautifully presented. The three bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded.
The pool area was a real highlight – clean, inviting, and ideal for unwinding after a busy day. The location is also excellent, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private.
Communication was easy and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place near the Gabba.

Wonderful stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay, the place was beautiful, clean and cozy! It was conveniently located, close to cafes, supermarket and public transport. The hosts were easy and friendly to communicate with. Would stay again!
