Wake up to the aroma of a fresh brew from the Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, and fridge—perfect for lazy holiday breakfasts or intimate dinners.

The Bathroom Oasis: Pour some bubbles and sink into the spacious spa bath (please note: the bath jets are non-operational, but it remains the absolute perfect deep tub to soak and unwind after a sun-drenched day of sightseeing).

Step outside into your own private courtyard area. It’s a wonderful spot to relax with a glass of local wine while you fire up the BBQ and cook up a feast under the coastal sky.

The Valley hideaway studio with its own entrance is attached to a separate guest house and fully private and peaceful for the perfect getaway.
The 2nd residence which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be booked as an extension for families or couples wanting more space. The courtyard has a BBQ/outdoor dining area and a firepit, great spot for toasting marshmallows under the stars.

With views down to the historic Leonard's Mill, local walking trails and beautiful scenic drives. Enjoy jetty fishing, turquoise coves and gentle reefs ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving, with leafy sea dragons often seen nearby. You’re close to Normanville and Yankalilla for cafés, pubs and Links Lady Bay, and a short drive from the Cape Jervis ferry to Kangaroo Island.
