I would totally recommend staying here. The place was clean and I loved that she supplied tp, paper towels and trash bags. No need to run to the grocery store. The location is great. Quick walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. 6 of us fit comfortably. Just a warning, there isn’t an elevator so carrying a cooler and your luggage can be a challenge. I would return

Annual Family Trip to OCMD

My family has been visiting Ocean City for over 30 years. We have multiple families who go and we try to stay within a block of each other so we can share the week at the beach. This unit was what we needed for our growing family. Enjoyed our stay very much.

5 amazing days

The place was perfect! We shall plan to stay again! The beach was literally feet away from the condo. Breakfast and crabs were across the street. Bonus was seeing the air show for 3 days straight!! Thanks for having us!

Condo near the beach

Overall condo was great. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. Short walk to the beach was great. This is on top floor with stairs only.

VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH

one block away- so ideal 3 good size bedrooms excellent air conditioning well appointed kitchen spacious dining table water temperature and pressure are superb especially when everyone comes back from the beach at the same time and wants to shower highly recommended it

Great location

We had a very good stay. Location was convenient, quiet street and easy to get to the beach. The condo was overall quite good. Some areas need updating, like the master bathroom and kitchen lighting. Also some areas were not well cleaned but we managed. Otherwise, we had a great stay And the communications with property manager was excellent.

Nice place

The place was very clean on arrival. Liked the view from our balcony you can see the ocean and bay. Neighbors were all very nice. Motel across street was a little loud and on occasion obnoxious. Only problem we experienced, the dishwasher and washing machine were non functional, water wouldn’t fully drain, and the dishes would come out dirty, same with washing machine, after wash cycle cloths were dripping wet. Condo below us complained they were getting leaking from our place. Contacted management but it was not fixed during our stay. Other than that we would stay here again.

No Tall Trucks

Do not bring a truck over 6ft tall. You cannot get under the building to park. You will have to park on the street and the only place is in front of the dumpster unless your lucky to get one that’s not. Which is darn near impossible. You will have to move your vehicle every morning by 8am.

Beach Week August 2023

The condo was very clean…had 3 bedrooms, with a bunk bed set and the lower bed was a double…which was nice since we have 3 older teenage boys, which was the reason I booked this condo. The owner provided towels and sheets, which was a very nice perk, however the living room space was not very comfortable for a family of 5. The middle seat of the couch was broken and sunken down making it uncomfortable to sit 3 people. Also the dishwasher was broken, which was a little bummer. And the outside patio area has an excessive amount of chairs stacked up…in such a small space, just seemed a little junked up. There was an AC issue when we first got there…but the owner was quickly involved and had someone out to fix it, thankfully. Also the bathrooms could be updated, the hallway shower tub doesn’t feel sturdy. It is also right across from a motel, which I didn’t realize, so a lot of traffic in and out all week. All in all, it was very clean and with 3 bedrooms that was nice.

The only issue that dropped this rating from 5 star to 4 star was the lack of an elevator. Maybe that should have been obvious from the listing but if it was I was oblivious. Two out of our five occupants were elderly and the hike to the third floor was difficult strenuous Tiring and disappointing. With an elevator this would be a 6 star review. On the other hand the listing should have said no elevator.

Stayed Monday through Friday. Host: Host was very responsive, kind and courteous. Rental: Condo was clean and ready for our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans. No need to bring anything. Listing said Master Bedroom had a queen size bed, it was actually a full. Master Bedroom bathroom was a little cramped. Extra linens and towels were available. Slept 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 children comfortably. Location: Condo is on the 3rd Floor, no elevators. Beach was very accessible. Attractions were all within 15 minutes even with heavy traffic. Hotel across the way could be a little loud at night/evening, but never disturbed us for bed. Overall, good location. Parking: Our Van with luggage carrier couldn't fit under the building to get to the back parking lot with a 6'8" clearance. So parking on the street, which is a available,was tricky with some restrictions in the morning 8am to 11am for Garbage trucks. Did have to move the van to available spots in the evening. Only 1 day were there no spots available. Condo does come with 2 parking spots behind the building. Overall: We do recommend for a family of 4-6. We enjoyed our stay.

Gem by the beach ⛱️

Steps from the beach, with a beach and bay view. Really nice layout. Not huge but spaciously designed. Very clean and well kept. The kitchen has everything you'd need. Nice extra touches- beach chairs, games and books. Would definitely recommend.

Beyond expectations for the price

This condo was very clean and had a lot of space for the whole family. Very close to the beach. Only down fall was that the neighboring motel did not attract a very high class clientele

Our stay was GREAT!!!! We were 20 to 30 yards from the beach. Wonderful location.

I was really impressed with the location of this property. I did not expect the beach to be that close to us. Condo was a great size and had adequate seating for everyone. The condo was clean, neat and comfortable. If the owner will have us, we will be booking with her again.
